Phineese Anthony
Over the course of my career, I have been involved in projects involving technology, healthcare, business and education, working with people and organisations in different countries. These experiences have shaped the way I look at problems. I consider not only whether a solution can be built, but also whether it makes sense for the business, fits existing processes and works for the people who will use it.
My work has gradually moved towards technology, digital health and business strategy. I am interested in how technology can be applied to improve quality of life, strengthen services and help businesses make better decisions and operate more effectively.
Research, Evidence & Problem Solving
Research is an important part of how I work. I use research, benchmarking, data analysis and root-cause analysis to understand a situation before deciding what needs to be done. I also assess markets, gaps, risks, opportunities and emerging trends when working through a problem or considering a new direction. This helps me understand not only what is happening, but also what may be possible, what could go wrong and where change may be needed. Rather than starting with a solution, I prefer to first understand the problem, examine the available evidence and consider the factors that may be contributing to it.
My academic background in engineering, healthcare, management and information technology has allowed me to look at problems from different angles. My ongoing doctoral research focuses on assistive digital health services for older adults, allowing me to explore how technology can support independence, access to care and quality of life while remaining practical for the people and organisations involved.

My strengths include strategic thinking, problem-solving, ethical leadership and building productive relationships with the people I work with.
